Before You Apply

What does it cost?
Free during our beta. We're prioritizing the buyer experience and proving the matchmaker model works. Future paid tiers (featured placement, priority weekly alerts) will be optional and announced in advance.
Do you take a commission?
No. We're a matchmaker — not a co-broker. We hand you a buyer with a readiness grade. Your commission with the seller is yours.
How does buyer vetting work?
Every buyer who inquires on a listing has either taken our 6-question SBA readiness assessment or is prompted to. Their grade (A-F) and top blockers are included in the inquiry email we send you.
What kinds of listings are you accepting?
Cash-flowing businesses with verifiable SDE — typically $80K to $1M asking price, $50K-$300K in annual cash flow. Service businesses, food & beverage, retail, light manufacturing, professional services. We're pickier on early-stage e-commerce.
Are you a licensed broker?
No. SBA Clarity is an information and matching platform operated by Boiss Enterprises LLC. We don't represent buyers or sellers in transactions, don't take fiduciary positions, and don't earn commission. We make introductions.
How fast will I see leads?
Honest answer: we're early. Inquiry volume scales with our buyer audience growth. You'll see our weekly transparency report once you're approved — actual buyer counts, not vanity numbers.
