The Services are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on our website, in our reports, or in our emails constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult licensed professionals before making any financial decision, including taking on an SBA loan or purchasing a business.
Our readiness score and funding match percentages are engagement indicators only. They do not guarantee you will qualify for an SBA loan or any other form of financing. Actual loan approval is determined solely by the lender based on their own underwriting criteria, including your credit, collateral, cash flow, and the business being acquired.
Due to the digital nature of the report and its immediate delivery, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the report was not delivered or if there was a technical error.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
We may earn referral commissions when you apply for and are approved for a loan through our partner lenders. This does not affect the price you pay or increase your interest rate. Our lender recommendations are based on your assessment profile. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). "SBA" is a trademark of the U.S. Small Business Administration.

All content, branding, designs, and reports produced by SBA Clarity are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBA Clarity and its operators (including Boiss Enterprises LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or damages arising from loan denials or business acquisition outcomes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SBA Clarity and Boiss Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Boiss Enterprises LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
