Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on pages.
Cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate your readiness assessment and deliver your Full Readiness Report.
To send you the services you purchased, including Deal Alerts weekly emails.
To match you with SBA lenders and affiliate partners based on your profile.
To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and service updates.
To improve our Services and develop new features.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

Lender partners: When you click through to a recommended lender, we may share aggregated or referral tracking data with that lender. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers: We share data with service providers who help us operate (Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Resend for email delivery, Netlify for hosting).
Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
