SMS Messaging Policy

This policy describes how SBA Clarity sends text messages (SMS) and your rights as a recipient. SBA Clarity is a service operated by Boiss Enterprises LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

1. Consent is required

We only send SMS to individuals who have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent box during a form submission on sbaclarity.com. We never buy, rent, or otherwise acquire phone numbers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. What you'll receive

If you opt in, you may receive short messages from SBA Clarity related to your readiness assessment, relevant tips, and reminders to review your report. A typical message looks like:

Hey Alex, it's Amy from SBA Clarity. Did your readiness email come through? Your grade was B. Reply STOP to opt out.

3. Message frequency

Up to 3 messages per lead lifecycle. We do not send recurring or promotional blasts beyond this cap.

4. Message & data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SBA Clarity does not charge you for receiving our texts.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages. To resume, reply START.

7. Privacy

Your phone number is stored securely and is only used to send the messages described above. We do not sell your phone number. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
